What is request funding?

HahaSmart now brings you request funding to our platform for contractors. We built this program so you will be paid sooner and faster, and it will help you with your cash flow.

Who is request funding for?

Request funding is for the contractors if they reach a certain level with HahaSmart.com. Not every contractor will be eligible for request funding, but you're eligible after enough projects with HahaSmart.

Per the HahaSmart Cashflow Sponsor program agreement, EPC can request the payment when the related terms are satisfied. To start, check your project milestone status and click on the “Request Funding” button.

Then you will see the request form page. Please double-check the basic project info. Then confirm the work scope and upload supporting documents to complete the requests.

Make sure you verify the project scope and let HahaSmart know. Click on the “Edit” button and select “Yes for the additional items. Then click on the “Save” button. If anything else is required, select the “Other” option and provide details below.

Once you are finished, scroll down to the bottom and click on the “Submit” button to send your request. The team at HahaSmart will review your request and release the payment as soon as possible.

Monitor the progress of your request from the status bar. It shows when the request is submitted and accepted. If necessary, check the attachment list to review all the uploaded documents.

Per the fund disbursement schedule, there will be four payments in total that you may request in different stages.

• M-1: Sales EPC request for 1st commission
• M-2: 2nd commission for sales & installation fee for the installer
• M-3: Installer EPC request for inspection hold payment
• M-4: Installer EPC request for PTO Hold Payment
