Yes. The solar panel warranty is linked to the serial number of the solar panel itself, not the original purchaser, so there is no need to transfer the warranty when buying or selling a home. Before buying or selling a property, it is recommended to have an installer come to your site to verify that the system was installed properly.
There is no need to register the solar panels with HahaSmart in order to use the warranty, as the warranty is already tied to the serial number of each solar panel. Even so, we recommend that you keep a record of your solar panel serial numbers, for use in the unlikely event of a future warranty claim. You can request a record of the serial numbers prior to installation.
Your solar panel and inverter warranties can be download at your HahaSmart web portal once you decide the brand and model of panel and inverter you wish to use.
A If you suspect that there’s a problem with your solar system, contact HahaSmart immediately. We will be the most qualified to troubleshoot the PV system and contact the manufacturer of any equipment that may be malfunctioning. We will also work with your installer closely and try to solve your problem as soon as we can.
